We collect account data (email, name), device fingerprint (hashed), and simulation data (scenario decisions, scores) to provide the service. We also use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and analytics — see our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to run simulations, provide AI feedback, personalize training, and improve the product. AI features process your simulation data as described in our AI Transparency Disclosure. We do not sell personal data.
3. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You may request data export or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@finfable.com to exercise your rights.
4. Data Retention
Simulation data is retained to enable replay and progress tracking. For disaster recovery, user data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30/90 days and is automatically rotated and deleted when the retention window expires.
